Guided hunts include one guide for two hunters, except when hunter chooses a one on one hunt for an additional cost or other arrangements are made. Meals included are breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided. Lodging is provided in wall tents, wood stoves, cots, pads, and latrine. Hunt includes trophy care of heads, and meat packing, and transportation of meat to processor. Our guided hunts are mostly conducted using horses and pack stock. Hunts do not include cost of meat processing, taxidermy, alcohol, and transportation from your home to trailhead.
Deposit and Refund Policy:
A non-refundable hunt deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. The deposit is not applicable to State issued licenses and tag fees. Refunds for licenses/tags should be taken up with State License Agencies. A signed contract and deposit received will reserve the hunt dates. The hunt balance is due on August 1 in the calendar year of your hunt. Funds paid are non-refundable but may be transferred to another hunt only at the discretion of 6×6 Outfitters. Under certain circumstances, or if an emergency exists, we will apply deposit funds received to another hunt the following season.
